RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- We offer a Return or Exchange on our Products specifically for Manufacturing Defects.
Any merchandise defects in the material or workmanship may be returned unused within 30 days of Purchase Date,
Large/Bulk Pre-Ordered - 30 days from Shipping Date.
We offer a one time Free Exchange with the assigned RMA#.
- You may initiate your Return or Exchange by emailing us at (MoonBgone.com). Please include your Invoice Number & the item(s) you would like to return/exchange.
- All Approved Returns & Exchanges will be emailed an RMA #. If you do not set up an RMA# for your return/exchange – a 15 % Restocking Fee will be charged to you.
- Any Returns or Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the Original Purchase. Large/Bulk Pre-Orders, 30 days from the Shipping Date. If Exchanging we will hold exchanged items for 15 days. If we have not received your return within 15 days of the (RMA#) sent email-date, the items will go back to inventory and RMA# will be closed.
- If you want to do an Exchange, we offer Free Shipping for the exchanged item(s). We need to know what item(s) you want to exchange within 24 hours of the RMA email being sent. We will pull & hold the item(s) from our inventory. If you change your mind on the exchange, there will be a 15 % restocking fee.
- ANY & ALL Items(s) that are Returned or Exchanged MUST include a Copy of the Original Invoice & RMA#, otherwise we will NOT be able to process the Return or Exchange.
- We cannot guarantee that the item(s) you are exchanging will be in stock, yet we will expedite your exchange or provide a refund.
- No warranty given on patient gowns (articles of clothing).
